I offer Self-Pay Services to give clients flexibility in their services without restraints of insurance and necessity of diagnosis. This means that I work for you not the insurance company. If you choose to use your insurance for counseling reimbursement I am an “out of network” provider. This means at the time of your sessions I will charge the card on file for the full session fee. You will then receive a Superbill or Statement for Reimbursement in your Client Portal once a month. You then submit this to the insurance company for reimbursement. The rates for reimbursement vary, which is why it is important to talk to your insurance company.
Sessions are $165 for a 55 minute session. I offer 15+ minute calls/session check ins to support homework accomplishment and/or life event processing for additional fees. In order to be more accessible half of my appointments are sliding fee scale. Please inquire about availability. I do not charge a fee for Gender Affirming Letter appointments.
