Individual therapy is a joint process between a therapist and a person in therapy. Common goals of therapy can be to inspire change or improve quality of life. People may seek therapy for help with issues that are hard to face alone. Chris supports clients ages 12 and up.

Relational Therapy is a type of psychotherapy that emphasizes the importance of relationships and their influence on an individual's well-being. This type of therapy can be family counseling or work with a close friend. In relational therapy, the therapist encourages exploration of opportunities to communicate more effectively, process trauma, strengthen intimacy, talk about next steps, or work through a trust violation.

Group Therapy is an opportunity for individuals with similar life experiences to come together and learn how to forward together. It is an opportunity to build community and strengthen distress tolerance towards the world. Chris offers psychoeducational and process-oriented groups for Gender Identity Exploration and OCD.

Supervision is a weekly meeting for pre-licensed professionals to obtain guidance, education, and hours towards licensure. Chris works from a compassion-based, harm reduction, and anti-racist framework.
